TRAINING PLANS

PSA Training

  • Athletes train in Groups with grade, skill level or team

  • Train without weights – use of bands, boxes, ladders, cones, hurdles, running, etc.

  • Training available 7 Days per Week

(Closed on Holidays or other Special Occasions)

  • Schedules are coordinated with athletes & trainers

  • 1 hour of Training per Session

  • Hourly Program - $30 per Session (Pay before each session)

  • Monthly Program - $350 per Month / 12 Sessions per Month / Pay Month to Month (Pay before sessions begin)

Track & Field (Summer Only)
Registration Closed

Session runs Mid-May  to Early August 

  • Ages: 8-18​

  • Tues & Thurs: 6 PM-7:30 PM

  • Location: TBA
