Sports Performance Power, Speed & Agility (PSA) + Muscle Endurance

Taiger Fuel Athletics offers a challenging PSA Sports Performance + Muscle Endurance Training Program designed around the athlete's specific goals, developmental needs and physical requirements of their sport. We offer All Sports Performance Training  for Athletes, Age 8 thru Collegiate & Professional. 

 

Practice times and locations are coordinated with athletes and parents.

During all training sessions, every participant will be encouraged to remain focused, work hard and be supportive teammates. We also encourage participants to arrive on time with required gear, maintain a positive outlook and be prepared to put forth a strong work ethic.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Power = force utilized at a fast pace (first step/move speed, vertical, etc.)

  • Speed & Agility = first step/move quickness & efficiency

  • Strength = amount of force utilized during movement

  • Endurance = sustain/repeat a specific activity over a period of time

  • Flexibility = range of motion & muscle activation
